MUT Rewards is a program that lets you earn rewards for opening packs in Madden Ultimate Team.

How to earn rewards

Players who sign up for Madden Ultimate Team (MUT) Rewards will receive gifts from EA SPORTS based on the number of Packs they’ve opened.

As you open more Packs, you earn more rewards. Any Packs you open that you purchased with Coins or Points will count toward your total.

You also get a MUT Loyalty Badge just for joining. Redeem Loyalty Badges in Madden NFL 16 Ultimate Team for packs, OVR boosts, player items, and contracts. Some of these rewards will repeat.

Rewards vary and are intended to be a surprise. For your best chance at being included in this type of program in the future, register with accurate information (email, physical mailing address, and so on) at mutrewards.com.

FIFA 16 Login Verification for FIFA Ultimate Team (FUT)

Here' the Tutorial on Login Verification for FIFA Ultimate Team (FUT).

To help keep your account safe and secure, EA requires that you turn on Login Verification before you can access FIFA Ultimate Team (FUT) on the Web and Companion Apps.

Turn on Login Verification

1. You can verify your login information by starting with either of these steps:
   • ​Visit the Origin Account Management page and find the Login Verification section on the Security tab.
   • Open the Web App and view the automatic prompt to verify your login information.
   • You will only have to do this once, and it will work across EA sites that use Login Verification.
2. Click Turn On to activate Login Verification, verify your security question, and select Email, App Authenticator or Text message to receive your verification code.

• If you choose the Email option rather than SMS, make sure your account email is a valid, working email address (one you check often).
• App Authenticator lets you install an authenticator app to your tablet or phone to generate your login verification codes.
  • Choose your device-type from the pulldown menu and download Google Authenticator for Apple and Android devices and Authenticator for Windows devices.
  • PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 FIFA 15 players using App Authenticator for login verification will not receive a security challenge when logging in.

3. You will now receive a code when attempting to log in from an unrecognized device. You will also receive a code every 90 days when logging in from trusted devices. This ensures that only you and your unique code are able to access your EA Account or FIFA Ultimate Team.

If you ever want to turn off Login Verification, return to the Account Management page and select Turn Off.

Note: To avoid losing access to the game, do not turn off Login Verification.

Transfer errors during installation can be caused by a number of conflicts, but can typically be caused by an error reading the disk. There are a number of steps that will help to prevent this error from occurring.

• If you still experience the issue, try Disk Troubleshooting to verify the integrity of the disk.


• End all unnecessary background processes. This will help insure that the installation is not conflicting with programs and processes running concurrently.


• If that does not resolve the issue, you should continue with some basic installation troubleshooting. These steps will resolve conflicts with the actual installer, itself.

If none of these steps work, you will want to attempt a hard drive installation of the game. In this process, you copy the game files to the Desktop, so that the disk, although necessary for running the game, is not necessary for installation.

1. Right-click the Desktop, select New, and select Folder.


2. Insert Disk 1 into the drive.


3. Exit any autoplay screen that may appear.


4. Open My Computer.


5. Right-click the CD-ROM drive containing Disk 1 and select Open.


6. Click Edit at the top of the window.


7. Click Select All.


8. Click Edit again.


9. Click Copy.


10. Close the window.


11. Right-click the New Folder on your desktop and select Paste. (The game files will now copy.)


12. Once the files from Disk 1 are copied, repeat steps 2-5 for Disk 2.


13. Open the Setup folder on the disk.


14. Press and hold down the Ctrl (Control) key on your keyboard whilst clicking on Data3 and then Data4.(This should highlight both files.)


15. Click Edit.


16. Click Copy.


17. Close the window.


18. Double-click the New Folder.


19. Right-click the Setup folder and select Paste. (The Data files should now copy over.)


20. Upon completion, remove all disks from any drives.


21. Double-click the Setup folder.


22. Double-click on the Setup icon that looks like a computer. (The installation should now begin.)

Why was my pre-order cancelled?

Changes to your credit card or account between pre-ordering and shipment may cancel your order. Learn to avoid this situation and receive your game on time.

Between the time you pre-order your game through Origin and the time the game releases, we recommend that you do not make changes to the credit card or account you used to place the pre-order.

Making changes to your credit card or account during this time will cancel your order. You will receive an email notification that EA has cancelled your order. If you receive this email, you need to place your order again.

Changes to your credit card or account that might cause an order cancellation include, but are not limited to:

• Insufficient funds
• An expired card
• A reissued card (due to fraud)
• Change in address
• Change in phone number
• Change in email address

If any of this information changes on your credit card between the time of order and shipment, contact us to cancel your order and place it again to ensure the delivery of your game.

Tutorial on How to create an EA Account through Origin

To get started, first download the Origin client.
You can also install the Origin client on a Mac.

To create an EA Account:

1. Open the Origin client.


2. Click on Create an account.


3. Fill in the Date of Birth and Country fields and click Continue.


4. Fill in the information required, and click Create Account.

Electronic Arts and Origin want your game time with Origin to stay safe as it is fun, so be sure to turn on Login Verification to protect your account. You may also find these additional security tips valuable.

This security measure helps to prevent log in to your EA Account from unrecognized devices without having both your password and your method of verification. You can choose to receive notification by phone or email. The login verification process creates temporary, numeric passcodes that we generate for you personally, and are necessary to log in to your account from any unrecognized device.
