These steps can also help with the following error messages:
"No connection"
"Error retrieving information from server. [RPC:S-7:AEC-0]"
"AppName could not be downloaded due to an error. (927)"
"Connection timed out"
Step 1 of 7: Make sure you have an Internet or mobile data connection. Then, restart your device.
Turn your device off and on.
Open the Play Store app

If the above tutorial doesn't work, but based on my own experience, you just need to reset your mobile to factory settings and turn-off/on and it will work.
What we did is we reset the device in factory setting and log-in again on our google play store account.
