Here's the full advisory from Air Miles Middle East:
Dear members, please be patient as we are currently in the process of finalising the massive increase in redemptions we experienced in March. We are also upgrading our systems and running the first Air Miles expiry so our systems will be unavailable until Tuesday 2nd April.
What this means for you is that, while you will still be able to collect Air Miles as normal, you will be unable to access your account either via the Air Miles call centre or online during this short period of time. Members will also not be able to redeem their Air Miles either In-store or online and this includes flights.
For those members that processed a redemption request via the “spendmiles” channel, these request are currently being processed manually and will be honoured, with a member of staff contacting you over the next few days.
