After you post your Blog URL, you will need to ask Google to Index your page by going to Google Search Console. Click URL Inspection and paste the URL for Google to analyze. You can click the Live Test button at the upper right side of the page. Google will then tell you that "The URL is Available to Google", page can be indexed and if the page is usable on mobile and the date and time your page has been successfully crawled. Page URL being crawled is not yet index so you have to request indexing of your page.

Why do you need to submit a sitemap to Search Engines? A sitemap is a file or matrix where you provide information about the pages, videos, and other files on your site, and the relationships between them. Search engines like Google and Bing read this file to crawl your site more efficiently.
In bing you can start by submitting your Sitemap using the Sitemaps tool. Submitting a Sitemap is an excellent way of informing our crawler about all the pages on your website.
Go to Bing Webmaster Tools, choose Sitemaps button at the left side of the page. Click Submit Sitemap, then paste your Sitemap, and click Submit. Bing will then Analyze your Sitemaps and will start discovering URL's from your page.
If you need to index specific pages of your site, submit them using the URL Submission tool. To automate this, we recommend integrating the URL Submission API to your site to tell Bing instantly which pages have been updated on your site.
