The most beautiful and picturesque location in Dubai, Dubai Creek is a natural seawater inlet cutting in the heart of the city. The enchanting view of a large number of colorful and traditional Arab dhows, abras (motorized boat taxis) and sleek yachts with water birds splashing all over never fails to mesmerize its spectators. Walking along the Creek or enjoying an abra ride on the Creek is the best way to explore the beauty and charm of Dubai. The spectacular view of Dubai's skyline would surely make a spell bound effect on you.

It is the historic point of Dubai. Large number of people including locals and tourists take a long walk along the banks of the creek which also marks the centuries-old trading traditions.

The visitors will be mesmerized by the vivid colors and vibrancy of the cities. Innumerable dhows or boats are loaded and unloaded which reminds one, of the trading practices in India and East Africa. A good point to watch the dhows and the creek from, is an Abra. This is a small water taxi which sails through the creek from the souks of Deira to those on the Bur Dubai side. source: dubaiabudhabi.com
