Playstation 4 (PS4) Price and Availability announced on E3 2013

Sony did a huge thing at their E3 press conference as well as confirming the price of the PS4 at launch.

Sony confirms a $399/€399/£349 price for the PlayStation 4 hardware, $100 cheaper than Microsoft's Xbox One. Sony confirms next-gen console's hard drive size; PlayStation Eye camera will retail for $60.

I was shocked to hear that the Elder Scrolls Online would be on PlayStation 4, but now that I've seen this I think the console is worthy of this title.

I hope/think that the PC players won't be on the same server as the PlayStation 4 players. Because that will be messed up.

PS4 supports used games and features no online check-in. Availability on each region will be announced soon.

Watch Microsoft as they revealed Game Titles for XBox One on E3 2013.

Metal Gear Solid V is a "Realistic Espionage Action Game in an Open World Environment." Environmental elements like wildlife, passage of time, and changes in weather will immerse players in a more realistic world.

Command some of history's most powerful tanks and experience intense combat where the excitement of battle is enhanced by working together with your tank platoon to win the fight.

Dark Souls II was thrown into the presentation as a definite shout-out to core gamers:

With the Xbox 360 announcements out of the way, Microsoft dove into Xbox One announcements with its biggest launch exclusive, Ryse: Son of Rome. The game follows the story of a Roman soldier who fights “to save the Roman Empire.”

A reboot of Rare’s Killer Instinct is on the way, though its appearance during the presentation was merely a tease:

The cryptic reveal for Quantum Break is made even more mysterious with a very sci-fi scene from the game. It’s one of the definite exclusives Microsoft has for Xbox One.

Nothing much was said about D4, but it’s art style made an impression:

The ideas behind Project Spark are nice, but will definitely rely on great implementation:

Another short teaser, this one from the creator of Panzer Dragoon:

Both Dead Rising 3 and The Witcher 3 got fairly good reactions during the presentation:

Microsoft’s shout-out to the indie crowd:

What Microsoft conference would be complete without a little Master Chief? This teaser is for a Halo game that will appear in the future on the Xbox One:
