In a status message, Zuckerberg said he’s “really proud of the work” they’ve done for this project called Startup: Education in Newark, New Jersey. His donation helped fund teachers contracts and open charter schools and high schools among other causes.
Zuckerberg noted they will “look for areas in education and health to focus on next” hoping that their next projects will have “as positive an impact” to communities.
