Plants vs Zombies Gem Lost without Confirmation- What to Do?
According to one player, he accidentally clicked "Finish Now" on one of his houses that was upgrading and it took 36 of his gems without any confirmation. According to him it's such a waste for for something he was willing to wait for and that he didn't even mean to click on!
Why is there no confirmation screen? How can he get these gems back?
The other player has a different problem on his gem.
"What bothers me most is the gems being taken when I click on a plant during a battle without realizing that it has run out and will take gems instead. I'd like to be able to lock out using gems in battle. I've thought about buying some gems to get some special plants, but I don't feel comfortable doing it right now because too many will be wasted by making that mistake in battle."

One player succesfully refundedrefunded his gems lost by the accidental clicking. They said send a support ticket here:http://support.popcap.com/help/348#content but it has been three days with still no response.
