You can play PGA TOUR while it is installing, but keep in mind that you will only be able to access the Play Now and Prologue modes until the game is fully installed.
You should keep your console on (not in rest or standby mode) while the game is installing. We recommend playing a round or two of the Play Now mode while installation finishes.
