Electronic Arts announced that they have corrected their earlier code issues and you should now be able to get your Deluxe Edition items.
You can find your Deluxe Edition items by going to the Vending Machine or your Mailbox.

From the Vending Machine
- Find the Vending Machine in the Backyard Battleground and open the Sticker Shop Menu.
- See how many gifts you have in the bottom-left corner of the Sticker Shop Menu (above the current Pack description).
- Press Triangle to go to the gift redemption menu.
- Scroll through your gift Packs and press the Cross (X) button to open each one.
From the Mailbox
- Find and open the Mailbox in the Backyard Battleground.
- Scroll through your messages until you find a message titled PvZ GW2 - Deluxe Edition.
- Press Triangle to go to the gift redemption menu.
- Scroll through your gift Packs and press the Cross (X) button to open each one.
If you redeemed your Deluxe Edition code and a digital download of the game started, you can cancel the game download and still redeem your Deluxe Edition rewards to use with the disk version of the game.
