Finally our very own, Kai Sotto gets an NBA Summer League invite to play for the Orlando Magic, as reported by Quinito Henson according to One Sports.
The 7’3” Filipino center who played in Japan's B-League before going to NBA Sumer Camp has signed with Hiroshima Dragonflies, but the team is ready for a release if Kai lands an NBA roster spot.
Kai Sotto who played in Ateneo Blue Eagles will be making history as the very first pure blooded Filipino who plays in the League.
NBA Philippines Repprted that
after getting invited by the Orlando Magic to participate in the 2023 NBA Summer League to take place July 7-17 in Las Vegas, Kai Sotto has another shot at making it to the NBA.
