How to Download Old Payments Data on the New Adsense Platform Tutorial.

Got this message on my e-mail:

Your AdSense account was previously upgraded to the new AdSense payments platform. As part of this change, we will be shutting down the old payments platform completely.

As of 30 June 2015, your payments data prior to your upgrade date (Oct-13) will no longer be available.

We recommend that you download your data and save a copy in case you need it in the future, e.g. for tax purposes. To download your old payments data, please follow the steps listed in the AdSense Help Centre.

This change will not affect the way you see your current earnings.
There will be no further communication on this topic.We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

YouTube's monetization terms change on June 15

YouTube's monetization terms are changing to allow you to share in new revenue opportunities. These changes go into effect Jun 15, 2015.

Together with the YouTube Terms of Service and the YouTube Partner Program Policies (each of which may be updated from time to time and are incorporated herein by reference), the following YouTube Partner Program Terms apply to your participation in the YouTube Partner Program (the "Terms"). Please read the Terms carefully. If you do not understand or accept any part of these Terms, you should not upload Content for monetization on YouTube.

1. Monetization Revenues. YouTube will pay you as follows:
1. Advertising Revenues. YouTube will pay you 55% of net revenues recognized by YouTube from ads displayed or streamed by YouTube or an authorized third party on your Content watch pages or in or on the YouTube video player in conjunction with the streaming of your Content. YouTube is not obligated to display any advertisements alongside your videos and may determine the type and format of ads available on the YouTube Service. For clarity, YouTube reserves the right to retain all other revenues derived from the YouTube service, including any revenues relating to ads on search result pages.
2. Subscription Revenues. YouTube will pay you 55% of the total net revenues recognized by YouTube from subscription fees that are attributable to the monthly views or watchtime of your Content as a percentage of the monthly views or watchtime of all or a subset of participating content in the relevant subscription offering (as determined by YouTube). If your Content is included in and viewed by a user in multiple subscription offerings, YouTube will pay you based on the subscription offering with the highest amount of net revenues recognized by YouTube, as calculated by YouTube.
2. Payment Account Requirement. In order to earn or receive payment of any revenues hereunder, you must at all times have an active AdSense account associated with your YouTube user account(s) (or such other payment method as required by YouTube). YouTube does not owe you for any revenues that may be associated with your Content during any period in which you do not have a valid method of payment.

YouTube stop monetizing new uploaded videos- all under review

YouTube stop monetizing new videos at some account- all new videos were tagged under review, what to do?

I was wondering: 

1) Is NOBODY getting new videos monetized anymore?

2) Did everybody finally get all videos monetized last time (the June Under Review "bug")? I know I did, and I posted the good news at the time.

3) Has YouTube ever confirmed that previous Under Review issues were caused by bugs?

4) Could it be that YouTube is implementing new algorithms from time to time for automatically selecting videos for Reviewing? Maybe it takes some days before new algorithms have been fine tuned.

I am trying to understand why a 20 second video of my garden without any music or copyrighted content stays stuck under review all day. It MUST be something else than the video itself.

One comment from the forum says:

"Really big partners get preferential treatment so that they won't take their valuable business elsewhere. Literally no professional with a well-established fanbase and the ability to create a profitable infrastructure around their work would stay on Youtube if they were subjected to the same problems we on the lower rungs are forced to deal with. It just goes to show that Youtube knows their system is broken, but this is still their preferred method of operation."
