Ans: We will have limited quantities of PS4 consoles on launch in our stores. They would be sold on first-come first-served basis. Please note that our Mall of the Emirates store will be holding maximum quantities. We recommend gamers to come our Mall of the Emirates branch if they haven’t preordered yet. Customers located outside Dubai may visit the store close to them.
2) I have preordered the console, which branch can I collect it from?
Ans: In case you have preordered, kindly collect the console from the branch where you have paid the deposit.
3) I have a preordered the console, however, I am unable to attend the launch. Is my console reserved?
Ans: If you have preordered the console and paid a deposit, your console will be reserved. We advice all customers to collect their console within two days of launch.
4) I have purchased my console online, when will my order be shipped?
Ans: Online orders will be shipped starting Wednesday. The courier will be calling you on your registered mobile number for delivery.
5) I have preordered the console online but would like to collect it from the store?
Ans: If you have preordered the console online and would like to collect at the store, kindly email us on support@geekaygames.com and we will try to arrange your preorder at our requested store. Any such request is subject to approval.
6) Will there be a big line on the launch day?
Ans: We have tried our best to make the customer experience as smooth as possible. This is the key reason we are opening several stores for Midnight pickups. We don't expect huge delays considering 10 stores will be open for extended hours.
