The 54-year-old material girl spent a Christmas holiday vacation with her 25-year-old boyfriend Brahim Zaibat and her children Lourdes and Mercy in Gstaad, Switzerland. Reports said she was skiing in a mostly-flat trail when the incident happened.

Actually, the pop singer fell into the snow a number of times. In one of the falls, Madonna fell flat on her face with her legs laid out. Photographers with long lenses captured the scene and social media shared the picture labeled “Madonna face plant photo” virally online afterwards.

Meanwhile, Madonna kept the crowd waiting for more than 90 minutes before she appeared onstage at the Du Arena on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates on Sunday- June 3. When she finally showed up, she was greeted with boos and scattered applause from impatient fans. 

Madonna is scheduled to play her MDNA show in Dubai once more on Monday night.
