Take a behind-the-scenes look at some of the incredible visual effects our Hybride Technologies team developed for the recent blockbuster Pacific Rim!

For this second collaboration with Director Guillermo del Toro, Hybride delivered graphic design content for the holographic projections inside Jaeger Conn-Pods and control rooms (Loccents). Hybride's graphic designers also created visual signatures for the HUDS (heads-up displays) allowing audiences to instantly recognize each robot's country of origin.

In addition, Hybride artists produced arm grid and hand disk holograms around the pilot suits and also designed and created motion graphics for control room monitors as well as for the holographic television screens and computer monitors seen throughout the film.

Watch the new Sherlock Holmes: Crimes and Punishments trailer PS4 & PS3 gameplay.

Crimes & Punishments lets you become the greatest detective of all time, Sherlock Holmes! Solve six high-profile, gripping and varied cases: murders, disappearances, spectacular thefts and sensational cases will sometimes take you to the realms of the fantastic in this stunning game of investigation in the fine tradition of the Conan Doyle novels.

Crimes & Punishments offers you a large degree of freedom to make moral choices that go beyond merely seeing that justice is done: your decisions have a real influence on the game both in terms of your character’s reputation and the consequences that arise in a realistic and sometimes unexpected way. Will you listen to your moral sense, or will you impartially enforce justice?

A fictional character created in 1887 by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, Sherlock Holmes is a private detective with extraordinary powers of deduction and remarkable observational skills.

Holmes quickly became an extremely popular character, appearing in the four novels and 56 short stories that make up the "canon". He was so famous, that exhibitions and museums were dedicated to the detective; a real first for a fictional character.

Alongside the literary saga devised by Conan Doyle, many authors have produced their own interpretations of the celebrity detective in novels and adaptations for cinema and television. However, the Sherlock Holmes video games developed by Frogwares return to the original character created by Conan Doyle and remain as faithful as possible to his character, placing him in fabulous original investigations that often give him the opportunity to meet other well-known fictional authors and characters (Sherlock Holmes versus Arsène Lupin) or those inspired by real events (Sherlock Holmes versus Jack the Ripper).

Enemy Front for PS3 Available on June 2014

The team at CI Games has more than just Lords of the Fallen to keep it busy. The Polish studio also had Enemy Front on display at the showcase — a first-person shooter running on CryENGINE 3.

The developers initially wanted to tell a story set in World War II, but with modern shooter design. During this process, they decided to focus on a personal angle and highlight the devastation the war brought to their own Warsaw, Poland. Players control an American journalist named Robert Hawkins who eventually joins the resistance fighters in an effort to drive the Nazi forces away.

Considering CI Games’ history with the Sniper series, Enemy Front allows for a number of different play styles — especially stealth and sniping. As players fight through battlefields in France, Germany, Poland, and Norway, they’ll use signature resistance weapons and varying combat tactics. Players can expect the badass, slow-mo sniper cam to make its triumphant return.

But it’s not all action in Enemy Front. One mission opens in a besieged hospital, its hallways lined with bodies both bleeding and dead. These moments remind players of the unimaginable gravity of war, and the heartbreak it leaves in its wake.
