Miitomo is an app from Nintendo that brings out a side of you your friends have never seen before!
How? By making a Mii of yourself that's your personal go-between!
Ever wonder what fun details make you...YOU? Your Mii will find out by asking you questions about yourself!
Want your friends to know all about these little insights into your likes, dislikes, or just what you're thinking lately? Your Mii will go visit your friends' Mii characters and tell them!
According to Tomodachi Lite:
Nintendo's first foray to both Google Play and iTunes App Store is one deliberately catered toward its crowd: Miitomo is not a platforming game or a top-down adventuring quest, but instead a socialization app in similar likeness to the 3DS title "Tomodachi Life". Players generate their likeness called Miis (first introduce on the Wii) and respond to a bunch of questions coming from either their friends, or generated at random. Some few quirks about the app include giving certain freinds specific items in order for them to share more info, and ansering questions from others would net you points, which you can spend on items and clothing to customize your Mii's appearance even further. The player can also participate in Mii Drop, a mini-game where you can win exclusive clothing and accessories, in exchange for tickets.
The app's release on the US iTunes Store has been pretty smooth, without suffering from the same glitches as its launch debut in Japan. Bare in mind it tends to eat considerable battery if unchecked, so make sure to activate the battery saving feature in the Options menu.
Then your Mii will ask your friends for fun details about them...and tell YOU everything. Your friends' Mii characters will also visit you when you play!
Miitomo is a new way to bring you and your friends together like never before. Would you expect anything less from Nintendo?
(Did we mention that your Mii actually speaks too? Anything you or your friends say about themselves!)
