For a smooth Royale experience, it's important that you are connected to a reliable network, and that your device's signal is strong.



Full WiFi bars or mobile (cellular) data coverage alone is not always enough to guarantee solid connection, as local networks can slow down, getting overburdened at times. This is especially true if you play in a moving vehicle or on underground public transport. As with any other online service, we recommend playing over WiFi with a dependable Internet service provider, or at least a solid 3G/4G connection with a reliable carrier.

The only cards you take to battle are the ones in your Battle Deck.



Cards appear during battle in a random fashion, so you may have to wait until a particular unit becomes available.

Battle Decks are a selection of 8 Cards from your collection. These choices are important: they’re going to battle with you!



Have too many high Elixir Cards? Your “hand” may be too slow to deploy. Take too little, and you’re lacking in Royale muscle. Balance is key here, so try different combinations and see what packs the meanest punch! Choose wisely!

Clash Royale can't connect to Facebook- What to do?

If you’re having trouble connecting the game to Facebook, you’ll want to double-check the following. 

First, make sure you’ve installed the latest version of Facebook by entering the “Updates” bucket of the App Store. 

When that’s all set, make sure you’re logged into Facebook the App, as well as in your Device Settings. To check the latter:

• Enter your device settings


• Find and enter the Facebook bucket > verify that you’re logged in with the right credentials


• Launch the game again & check that your account is connected
