iPad Mini will be released on Ocotber 2012 according to some tech-site!
In his August 25 entry, John Paczkowski of AllThingsD posted that according to their unnamed sources, the “iPhone 5″ is likely to be unveiled on the second week of September, while the new seven-inch Apple tablet is scheduled for an October debut.
Video demo of iPad Mini will be posted here once it becomes available online!

Gizmodo.com are also assuming that, logically, this new tablet will use the industrial design language used by Apple—and Samsung—in their current hardware.
