Blogger introduced the completely new, streamlined blogging experience that makes it easier for you to find what you need and focus on writing great blog posts. On September 20, Blogger already implemented their new interface.
Earlier, bloggers were advised that the old interface will be remove and replace with a new streamlined one:
"The old Blogger interface will be removed in the coming days.
We've made many improvements to the new Blogger
