Under the patronage of HH Sh. Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, and UAE Minister of Finance, the Championship will run for the 10th time in March 2013.
It is held at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre from the 21st to 23th March 2013.
