According to the report, Dubai has launched multi-billion dollar MBR City District One mixed-use project that will have 1,500 luxury villas, a 350,000 square metres water park and the world's largest shopping mall. It will be completed in 6 to 8 years time.

The Mohammed Bin Rashid City — District One — comprising 1,500 villas, leisure and retail attraction points on a prime four million square metres of freehold land is located 60 seconds drive from Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest tower, according to Kahleej report.
