Several combat crash bugs were fixed.
Popcap announced that Plants vs Zombies Adventures New Plant "Escrow" feature is now live. Have you experience your game crash during combat, either road trip or invading your friend's town?
Game developer announced that they are absolutely committed to fixing and polishing the game so that you can focus on having fun without worrying about crashes. Though it will take them some time to investigate and fix all of them, but in the meantime they have implemented a new feature that should help:
Plant Escrow. When PVZA server detects a crash during combat, either road trip or invading your friend's town, when you reload the game your game state will be back to the way it was before you started combat:
You will regain all lost plants
Any gems spent are refunded
Zombucks spent are refunded (in the case of friend invasions)
Boosters are refunded
Basically, it will be as if you never started that combat. Note that this does not work if you manually refresh your browser; it only works when our server detects a crash.
The Plant Escrow system isn't foolproof as there are some crashes it cannot detect: for example, if your Flash Player crashes or other crashes that PVZA system cannot detect.
This feature may need more tweaks as finding every possible scenario during our testing is not possible.
