LinkedIn wanted to let you know that they're making some changes to their Privacy Policy and User Agreement, effective March 26, 2014. 1. Choose how your information is shared
We have additional privacy settings you can turn on or off, depending on what you want to share, display, or receive. Here are some of the options you'll find in your settings:
- Turn on/off activity broadcasts
- Select who can see your activity feed
- Select what people see when you've viewed their profile
- Select who can see your connections
- Change your profile photo and visibility
- Block members for added privacy

3. Turn on secure browsing (HTTPS)
A good indicator of a protected website connection is the https:// you might see in your browser address bar. While we automatically secure a connection for pages with sensitive information (such as credit card info), you can also turn this on when viewing all pages across LinkedIn — learn how. We’re working on making this a default across LinkedIn.
