Globe myBusiness- Worst Internet Provider for Business in the Philippines according to our experience.
For all the OFW's like me who wanted to have a business with good internet provider, better skip Globe myBusiness with your choice of Internet service provider.
We actually applied for PLDT Ka-asenso for our EC Pay business but unfortunately, the PLDT Fibr line in the area of our business is not available already, so we have no choice but to apply for Globe myBusiness. Our Globe landline and telephone was installed on April 10, the next day the internet connection is already gone, and the for the next two weeks it was on and off. The worst thing is that you have to call their hotline 027301288 (this hotline is a complete joke even if you yourself try to call this number) and you have to wait for a minimum of at least one hour based on my experience before a telephone operator will answer your call.
And just last Monday, May 4, our internet connection was gone again. And I have already called them for a numerous time not to mention the burden of waiting online for 30 minutes to 1 hour before your call will be attended by Globe telephone operator. They said there was an outage in our area and they don't know when it will be fixed. After 3 days a Globe technician came to our store and tells us to call the Globe Hotline again and report the problem.
If your business is internet based on not better not to dare to apply for Globe myBusiness. Better go any PLDT Internet service option since with PLDT you can contact locally by area their technician so they can easily and therefore they have a better and expedited service all the time.
Dealing with Globe staffs/telephone operators was just a waste of time. I already wanted to transfer to PLDT Home Ultera but Globe Operator told us that we have to pay this P2500 + 2 months advance billing before they will cancel our subscription.
