After a record-breaking performance by Stuart Caleb in the hammer throw, Eric Cray and Kayla Richardson unleashed their vicious form in the 100-meter dash to add two more gold medals for Team Philippines. Cray emerged as the fastest in the men’s century dash, finishing the race in 10.25 seconds to beat out two Indonesians, Yaspi Boby and Iswandi Iswandi, for first place. Richardson, meanwhile, ran hers in 11.76 seconds to rule the women’s 100-m, finishing ahead of rivals from Thailand and Singapore to clinch another gold for the Philippines’ athletics team.
