NetFlix is now available for Download on PS4 and free for 1 Month.
Supported Regions:
Netflix is available on the Sony PlayStation 4 in all regions where the Netflix service is available.
Navigation:
Browse rows of movie posters or select Search to find movies.
Resolution:
Stream movies and TV shows up to 1080p. Titles with an HD symbol will stream in high definition if your Internet connection supports 5 megabits per second or more.
Subtitles & Alternate Audio:
Select Audio and Subtitles to turn on subtitles or 5.1 Surround Sound if they are offered by the movie or TV show.
2nd Screen:
Use the Netflix app on an iPad, iPhone, iPod touch, or Android device as a 2nd Screen for your Sony PlayStation's Netflix app.
Download the Netflix app
- From the home screen, navigate to the TV & Video section and select the Netflix icon.
- If you're not already at the home screen, tap the PS button in the middle of the controller.
- Note: You must be signed in to your PSN account to access the TV & Video section.
- Select Download. The Netflix app will now begin downloading.
If you do not see the Netflix app, follow the steps below to download it from the PlayStation store.
- Select PlayStation Store.
- Select Apps.
- Select Movies/TV.
- Select Netflix.
- Select Download.
When the download is complete, continue with the steps below.
Sign in to Netflix
- From the home screen, navigate to the TV & Video section and select the Netflix icon.
- If you're not already at the home screen, press the PS button in the middle of the controller.
- Note: You must be signed in to your PSN account to access the TV & Video section.
- Select Sign in on the Netflix home screen.
- If you are not yet a member, set up your membership.
- Enter your Netflix email address and password.
Your device is now connected to your Netflix account. Enjoy!
