Step 1: Purchase a specially marked Bingo Double Choco Singles 28g
Step 2: Look for message inside the pack
Step 3: Winners to email their complete name, birthday, contact number and complete address to bingokiligsasweet143@gmail.com
Step 4: Winners will be requested to proceed to the nearest LBC branch and surrender the following requirements:
- Winning Bingo Double Choco pack
- Photocopy of Winner’s valid ID
- Printed copy of the confirmation email
Should the winner be a minor, he/she must ask for assistance from a representative who is of legal age to assist him/her in claiming the prize. The following additional requirements should be submitted:
- Letter of authorization from winner
- Photocopy of the representative’s valid ID
Step 5: LBC will collect the requirements and deliver to Monde Nissin for verification
For the wrapper to be valid, the following must be observed:
- Correct SKU - Bingo Double Choco 28g
- Correct Promo Packaging
- Text inside the packaging is readable
- Packaging is still 90% intact
- No sign of tampering
Step 6: Once verified, the VIP tickets will be delivered to the winner’s registered address
