3. ROLE: OIL & CHEMICAL INDUSTRY INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEER
Key Responsibilities: Reviewing plans/deliverables for new integrated refinery and petrochemical projects to ensure that they comply with Company Standards and Regulations as well as industry codes
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, such as civil or electrical or Chemical or Mechanical engineering with 10 years of experience in oil industry and Chemical industry
4. ROLE: REFINERY & PETROCHEMICALS SUPPLY CHAIN & LOGISTICS SPECIALIST
Key Responsibilities: Developing and implementing a comprehensive supply chain strategy for one or more integrated refinery and petrochemical complexes.
Minimum Requirements: BS degree in Supply Chain or any Engineering discipline with 10 years of experience in refining and petrochemical industry
5. ROLE: OIL & CHEMICAL INDUSTRY UTILITY ENGINEER
Key Responsibilities: Conducting technical and commercial assessment for the utility systems (power, steam, oxygen, nitrogen, instrument air, distilled water, waste management, storage tanks, etc.) to determine possible outsourcing to 3rd party.
Reviewing plans/deliverables for new integrated refinery and petrochemical projects to ensure that they comply with Company Standards and Regulations as well as industry codes.

6. ROLE: CHEMICALS MANUFACTURING SPECIALIST
Key Responsibilities: Assess integration readiness across all LTC projects
Oversea the manpower staffing strategy and development
Monitor Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) standards, performance and establish control and establish Internal Assessment Procedures for the programs

7. ROLE: SR OPERATIONS ENGINEER
Key Responsibilities: Develop chemical process Yields, Qualities, Opex and mass balances for process configurations in the refining & Petrochemical units.
Strong experience in Chemicals derivative, Steam Cracking, polymer, Aromatics, SRU Ammonia and Hydrogen production process licensor selection and technology analysis
Develop refinery and petrochemical unit’s ORMP, Flawless project delivery, stat up, Operation philosophy, and operation general instruction.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering with 10 years of experience with a focus in the Refining & Petrochemicals Operation. And in the Linear Programming (LP) & Economics Modeling.
8. ROLE: BUS DEV SPEC

10. ROLE: STRATEGY & MARKET SPECIALIST
Key Responsibilities: Act as a “Strategy Advisor” for the Liquids-to-Chemicals (LTC) program and related issues, and provide relevant strategic and process-related insights to the LTC Business & Project Development Department.
Provide commercial and technical expertise in executing the downstream strategy, including appraisal of strategic options, identification of strategic tradeoffs and implementation plans. Take a leading role in the development and updating of the LTC’ s strategy in coordination with other subject-matter experts within the various business and service lines.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or closely-related specialty At least 10 years’ experience in strategy development, strategic planning and scenario planning in an oil, gas, and/or petrochemicals industry context; preferably in a combination of technical, operational, commercial and strategic roles.
11. ROLE: PETROCHEMICAL AND REFINING LICENSING SPECIALIST
Key Responsibilities: Lead activities related to the technology licensing process and procurement .Provide technical support for capital projects involving petrochemical units at various stages of execution (pre-feasibility, feasibility, basic and detailed engineering)
Lead the strategic evaluation of licensing agreements.
