Instagram now does video! Not just any video, 15 seconds worth, filters, stabilization, and you can even undo a take if you mess up! The update is now live on Google Play and The App Store!



The new feature was introduced by Instagram’s co-founder and CEO Kevin Systrom at a press event at the social network’s Menlo Park headquarters.



Video on Instagram, which has 13 filters and simple editing capabilities, allows users to create and share 15-minute videos.



Various tech sites say Video On Instagram is already available for download and has started rolling out to all Instagram users on iOS and Android devices.

Socialcam acquired by Autodesk!  Mobile Video Sharing App Socialcam Acquired By Autodesk For $60 Million. Social Cam is the new way to share video from on the go! It's the new Instagram for video - and the people are using it!



According to the report from TechCrunch, The Socialcam app launched about 18 months ago, then as part of live streaming startup Justin.tv. Then, last August, itspun out from the larger organization, taking CEO Mike Seibel with it and operating as an independent startup with just a handful of employees. Over the past year, the lean team has continued to iterate on the product, first adding Instagam-like filters, and later giving users the ability to add themes and soundtracks to their videos.
