President Barack Obama speaks about The Seven Things You Need to Know About the Tax Deal.

President Obama delivers a statement on the bipartisan agreement passed today that will protect 98 percent of Americans and 97 percent of small business owners from a tax hike. January 1, 2013.

Obama described the agreement as, "one step in the broader effort to strengthen our economy and broaden opportunity for everybody."
