To avoid the hassle of going to Etisalat center especially if you are coming from office work and there is heavy traffic going to Deira City Center then you must register for Etisalat autopay. So I decided to pay for my Etisalat TV with autopay deducted automatically from my Standard Chartered Debit Card.

Autopay service is a great way to pay your etisalat bills automatically on their due date, with complete confidence and security, through your personal credit or debit card. It only requires a one-time registration.

You can pay your etisalat mobile services (Postpaid), landline, Al Shamil and eLife, as well as your Wasel account recharge or renewal. Autopay service is completely free of charge. There are zero charges.

A simple one-time registration before you can enjoy a safe, convenient and efficient way of paying your etisalat bills on time, every time.

Simply log on to www.etisalat.ae/online, register your credit or debit card details, and enjoy peace of mind that you’re paying your bills on time.

If you have an Etisalat Online Services user ID, you will be able to register your Etisalat postpaid account. If you do not have an Etisalat Online Services user ID, you can still use Autopay service by logging on to www.etisalat.ae/online and registering any of your Etisalat accounts (mobile, landline, Al Shamil and eLife, your Wasel account recharge or renewal), easily and quickly.

After successful online registration and login, you need to register your credit or debit card details against the registered account with etisalat Online Services.

Autopay will deduct the set-up amount on every 15th of the month for your postpaid accounts and it will recharge your prepaid accounts on your chosen day/date.

You will have three choices to choose from for your postpaid and prepaid account. For postpaid accounts, you can set the amount as:
  • Full Outstanding: the total monthly bill will be deducted
  • Fixed Amount: the fixed amount set by you will be deducted (even if the bill is less or more than that amount)
  • Outstanding Amount Up To: the set amount will be deducted (even if the bill is less than that amount)
For prepaid accounts, you can set the amount as:
  • Day Of The Month: choose any day of the month and the amount
  • Date Of The Month: choose any date of the month and amount to recharge
  • Recharge Balance Reaches To: set the balance amount your account reaches to and choose the amount to recharge
