Verifying and maintaining a valid Emirates ID is a mandate by the UAE Government. A non-renewal may result in the suspension and disconnection of linked mobile numbers/accounts.
It’s advised to renew your mobile registration as soon as you receive your Emirates ID. This helps to avoid any service interruption or disconnection.
The digital registration process through UAE Pass only takes a couple of minutes, following which the renewal request will generally be approved within 2 hours.
However, if you wish to renew your EID through card scan, your request will generally be approved within 24 hours.
You can renew your EID without UAE pass by logging in to My Etisalat UAE app and manually scanning and uploading the front and back of your Emirates ID. Alternatively, you can visit your nearest Etisalat by e& centre to renew your EID registration or get further assistance.
