Here's the Tutorial on How to make Portable WiFi Hotspot Settings so you can connect your other device to your wifi enabled Samsung Phone. I have my Etisalat Internet configured on my Samsung Galaxy S6 and I was able to connect my Macbook and Huawei device to my Samsung device.
1. Tap and swipe up the screen to enter in Main menu.2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap Connections.
4. Tap Mobile hotspot and Tethering.
5. Tap the Mobile hotspot.
6. Tap the Mobile hotspot switch to make it enable.
7. Tap the Options icon.
8. Tap Configure Mobile hotspot.
9. Tap Security.
10. Tap Open.
11. Tap Save.
12. Now Mobile hotspot is enabled.
