According to EA Sport, Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare and Plants vs. Zombies GW2 use FairFight to protect their players from going up against opponents who are trying to gain an unfair advantage in online matches through cheats or hacks.

EA Sports announced:

If you've received any of the following FairFight messages, your Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare or GW2 account has been found to be in violation of our Terms of Service:
You were kicked by FairFight. Stated reason: Banned Code #P9n3wF
If you receive this message, we have permanently blocked your access to the online gameplay portion of this Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare game.
You were kicked by FairFight. Stated reason: 1 Week Suspension - LvL3 Monitoring Active #T5kG84
If you receive this message, we have temporarily blocked your access to your EA Account for 1 week (168 hours), and your Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare stats have been reset.

You may have violated the Terms of Service if, as determined by EA in its sole discretion, you:
Promote, encourage, or take part in any activity involving hacking, cracking, phishing, taking advantage of exploits or cheats and/or distribution of counterfeit software and/or virtual currency or items.

The biggest, baddest, craziest battle in the PvZ universe just grew even bigger! Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2: Graveyard Variety Pack is the first free content update to Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2, released on March 8 for all players on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Origin on PC. This free content update delivers a new map, missions, gameplay features and balancing improvements, including the brand new Zomburbified Garden Center map: Aqua Center.



Some of the incredible new content coming in Graveyard Variety Pack includes:



* The all-new Aqua Center map.

* New quests located throughout the Backyard Battleground offering up exciting challenges.

* New gameplay and control options.

* Character tweaks, improvements, and balances.

* A nighttime version of The Great White North map.

Wow! It’s been an amazing launch week and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the reception that Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2 has enjoyed from all of you. Our fans mean everything to us and we’ve been listening very closely to all of your feedback. Today I want to take a moment to discuss what we’re doing with that feedback, as well as give you a little sneak preview on our first free content update!



First and foremost: Rose. This is an important topic for many of you and we’ve received tons of valuable player feedback related to her ability to deal damage in the game. Rose was conceived as a support role/specialist, not a primary damage dealer, and we’ve been working on rebalancing her to fit that role. This fix is going to be implemented very soon and we thank you for your patience and incredible support while we get it ready. Keep your eyes peeled here and on our Twitter channels for an update on when the fix will be implemented.



Now for the fun part! Like I said, our fans mean everything to us, and we believe that if you invest your time in us, we should invest our time in you. That’s why I’m very excited to give you a few early details on our first free content update, the Graveyard Variety Pack!

That’s certainly not all, and in addition to new content, we’re working on more tuning and balancing updates to other characters based on your feedback. Keep your eyes peeled for more information on this soon as we’ll be sharing all the details so you know what’s changing.

How to Import your characters from Garden Warfare

If you played Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare, we’re sure you have some favorite characters.

We’re so glad you’re joining us for GW2 and we’re making it easy for you to transfer most of your Garden Warfare characters into the new game.

To import your characters and collect your loyalty rewards, you must link Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare and Plants vs Zombies GW2 to the same EA Account.



NOTE: We recommend that you import your characters before opening any of your free sticker packs.

You can import your characters any time before February 1, 2017.

How to import your characters and redeem your rewards

To import your characters and unlock your rewards, go to the mailbox in the Backyard Battleground, and follow the on-screen instructions.

Once you’ve done this, collect your sticker pack rewards at the sticker vending machines in the Backyard Battleground.

Your imported characters are added to your roster and are available to select as usual.

  Troubleshooting

If you get an error message when you check your mailbox, do not worry. You can try again in an hour, and you can import your characters and sync your rewards as often as you like up until February 1, 2017.

NOTE: The following promotional characters cannot be imported from the original game:

• Chester Chomper


• Dr. Chester
