Activating your Maya physical card is straightforward. To activate your Maya Card, you’ll need to link it to your Maya account:

On your Maya app, tap Cards

1. Tap Link now
2. Enter the required details
3. Nominate a 6-digit PIN to use when you withdraw money from an ATM or pay using your physical card at certain establishments

You can then use your Maya Card wherever Visa or Mastercard is accepted. Simply enter your card details at checkout to complete your online purchase.

You can use your virtual or physical Maya Card to make purchases at online stores and websites that accept card payments through Visa or Mastercard.On the online store or website, select the payment method Debit Card (Visa/Mastercard). Your Maya Card falls under the Debit Visa/Mastercard category.In some online stores, they only list Credit Card or PayPal as a payment option. You may still use your virtual or physical Maya Card if the store accepts Mastercard or Visa.
2. Access your virtual card on the Maya app or your physical Maya Card and enter the necessary details such as your name, card number, expiry date, and CVV (security code).
3. Confirm the payment. Once the payment is successful, you should receive an SMS notifying you about the transaction. You should also see a deduction in your balance and a corresponding update in the Transactions list on the Maya app.

According to Maya you can link up to 10 unique bank accounts per bank, but please note that you can only link each bank account once.

It’s currently not possible to link your BDO account to your Maya account. To cash in from BDO, you’ll need to log in to your BDO account and transfer the money from there to your Maya account.

I Didn't Receive my Cashback from Maya

You are supposed to receive a cashback from Maya and still not receive it?

Here are some possible reasons you haven’t received your cashback voucher or rewards:

• You have exceeded your account limits for the month and cannot receive cashback and rewards until the next calendar month
• Your Maya account is flagged as invalid, duplicate, or blacklisted
• Your Maya account has been flagged for gaming the system to win prizes or earn rewards and benefits

If none of these apply to you, please contact Maya support team:

1. Go to your Profile on the app
2. Tap Get help
3. Scroll to the bottom then tap Chat with us
4. Tap Maya support and Start a new chat
5. Choose a topic
6. Tap No when asked if the article was helpful
