I remember when my company in Dubai told me that I will be transferred to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,  I have to rush to close my U.A.E. mobile and TV subscription from Etisalat. I did is called the Etisalat Hotline and I ended up being in their office to officially close my account since  I was enrolled for auto-pay on my debit card.

Saying goodbye to your home away from home can be stressful. Canceling services, leases, visas, bank accounts – there are a lot of things to wind up, but not enough time. Here are a few tips on how to cancel your monthly subscription with Etisalat easily (for Postpaid plans or eLife packages). How to cancel your monthly subscription?

Here is the step-by-step guide on how to cancel your Etisalat subscription.

Call 101- Cancel your plan at least 48 hours before your departure so that the whole process is finished before you reach the airport.

Close your account- Our agent will check your outstanding balance and exit fees (if applicable). You can pay with your credit/debit card over the phone.

No hidden charges- Your service will be disconnected immediately. No need to worry about hidden or late charges.

Postpaid customers can keep their number active for up to 60 days after leaving the UAE. It can be done by: 
  1. Moving the plan to a Prepaid plan by calling 101 or visiting the Etisalat store
  2. Activating one of our Homebound Packs by clicking the link here.

You are supposed to receive your monthly bill at your registered eBill email address. Additionally, you can view and download your bill anytime via the My Etisalat UAE app. But what if you were not able to receive your bill? If it does happen, simply log in to the My Etisalat UAE app and ensure that your email address is updated. You can also view your previous bills anytime via the app. To download the My Etisalat UAE app, click here. If you have an Etisalat account online, even if you missed the physical billing statement, just log-in to your account and view your billing statement.

When should I pay my bill? Payment for the full amount should be done before the 15th of every month. Please ensure that you pay the outstanding amount by the 15th of every month to continue enjoying your services without interruption. You are unable to view a detailed version of your bill because the bill view is set to “Summary”.

To change it to a detailed format, simply call 101.

Save time and pay your bill in a simple, fast and safe way. Log on to www.etisalat.ae/quickpay.

Etisalat online services
Access your account details and pay through www.etisalat.ae.

My Etisalat UAE app
Download the My Etisalat UAE app and conveniently access your account details and pay your bills.

Autopay
You do not need to think about your payment date anymore; use your credit card to set up automatic payments and we will ensure that your payments are made on the due date. To register for Autopay, simply visit www.etisalat.ae/autopay.

Banks
You can choose to pay your bill using your bank's preferred channel: ATM, online banking, phone banking, mobile banking and more.

Etisalat payment machines
You can use the payment machines at our business centres and other prime locations and pay by cash or credit card.

Exchange Houses
Pay your Etisalat bills at any of our Exchange House partners. You can find them at www.etisalat.ae/exchangehouses.

101 or 125
Now you can pay your bills by calling the toll-free numbers 101 or 125 and selecting the "Bill Payment" option.

What if I wanted to cancel Etisalat autopay since I am leaving the United Arab Emirates for good and be back in my home country or if you are an Emirati migrating to other countries. just like in my case my company send me to Saudi Arabia for our new construction project so I have to cancel autopay since I will not be using the Etisalat services for the meantime. Fortunately, they send me back to U.A.E. and able to use Etisalat services again.,

To cancel your Autopay service, log on to www.etisalat.ae/online and disable your Autopay registration. Alternatively, you may visit the nearest Etisalat store/Business Centre for assistance.

How can I make payment for my ceased account if I am outside the UAE?

You can make payment through online transfer by using Electronic funds Transfer (EFT) Option to etisalat account as per the below details:
